Men will use a 95lb barbell. Women will use 65lbs. Each athlete must do four burpees at the beginning of every minute before moving on to the barbell work. The athlete is allowed to move to the next barbell skill once an he/she has completed all 20 reps. If the minute clock beeps during a repetition the athlete will complete their rep and then start their four burpees. There is a 20 min cap. (do not start with burpees)

With a snatch grip pull the bar to position 3 (just of the ground and below the knees) and pause for 2 full seconds.  Continue the pull to position 2 (bar at the knees with vertical shins) and pause for 2 full seconds.  Continue the pull to the pockets (vertical torso, bend in knees) and hold for 2 seconds.  Then jump and pull the bar up your chest. Moderate but challenging weight, maintain form.
