1. Clean & Jerk

2. AMRAP in 30
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 30 minutes of:
Run 400 Meters
2 Rope Climbs (legless from seated)
15-Meter Handstand Walk
Row 500 Meters
5 Wall Climbs

I gotta get the damn ropes outta damn storage damnit.
