Took the opportunity to workout before thanksgiving dinner with Keasha doing 5rds of 5 pullups, 10 push-ups, 15 squats then 4 rds of 8 HSPU, 15 KB swings then 3 rds of 15 box jumps, 12 K2E then 2 rds of 20 wall balls and 30 sit-ups with a time of 25:34.
