Wednesday 7.17.13



1. For Time

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of the triplet:
Deadlift: 1 1/2 body weight
Bench press: body weight
Clean: 3/4 body weight


Scale so that you take no more than one break on any set of any exercise


2. Front Squat 
5-4-4-3-3
75-80-80-85-85%

3. Handstand Walk
Practice 20 min
Here are some progressions

22 Pullups 
33-Situps
44 Double Unders
You may only come off of the bar once on the pullups. Keep a band near, max your regular pullups then immedaitely complete the set with whatever band you need. SPEED SPEED SPEED
