  3. 1. 13:38 time much better than last week which was 17:19. Still struggling with bar muscle ups even with a big ass band, but still making progress. Pullups n C2B still using bands. Darn it!
    2. Worked on box jumps because I hate them n are scared of 24" boxes. Using 14" n adding 45# plate to get quick spring from bottom. Also worked 20" and those scary 24". Don't know why they are so scary for me, but sucked it up and did it.
    3. Done! Great recovery sequence!
