scrath the stationary dips, do bar dips above, if you already did it thats fine

    2. At 65 & 70
    3. 138 reps, still have to use 25# plate n abmat. Added a 10# plate at the end.
    4. Didn't do, instead worked on muscle, power, n squat snatch. Muscle n power to 65# then worked on form with squat snatch at 45#.

    2. 175 first set. Shoulder felt bad so dropped down to 155 for the rest

    4. 155,96 (78 unbroken)
