40 Walking Lunges with KB Farmer Carry 70/53
20 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups

2. Power Snatch
1-1-1-1 @ 80%
Rest 2-3 minutes between sets

3. Front Squat + Jerk
1-1-1 @ 100% of Jerk

In one sentence, why do you CrossFit?

    3. 85# hurt right shoulder on 1st jerk so didn't increase weight.
    4. I CrossFit so that I can live a "fit" lifestyle because I train with constantly varied, functional movement which helps me to be able to move around with ease and pickup stuff in everyday life.

  3. 1. 15:46 wondered why my time was bad, it was because i did overhead farmer's carry by accident, did it with 53# 70# was near impossible.

    2. 195# no misses

    4. Many many moons ago my father once told me "Son in order to be superior you must train your body superiorly" so thats what I do, I crossfit with the dream of being able to out perform SUPERMAN!
