1. EMOM in 30
Odd: 5 Front Squats 155/105, max burpees
Even: 1 Snatch
***score is burpees

2.  Bear Complex Ladder
Warm up as needed then begin with 75% and add 10# every minute. 
Continue as long as possible.  If you miss you are done - treat this like a competition ladder. Use Push Press not Jerk version.

  6. I know I am no where near any of you guys and gals but I will still keep working hard
    1. At 75# with 135 Burpees completed
    2. 55 # - 85#
    3. 125 with decent form. Attempted 135 before 125 but form was terrible.
    Also did Pendleton row with 65
