  4. Honestly I haven't commented before because I didn't want to post my lt weight, but have journaled daily. Here goes.
    1. Still working on snatch work with lt weight until my form is perfected. 45# 55#.
    2. warmed up to 90# to complete each C & J complex
    3. done
    5 rds plus 3 reps, I like rope climbs
