Unbroken Strict Handstand Push-Ups
Rest 30 seconds
Unbroken Kipping Handstand Push-Ups
Rest 30 seconds
Unbroken Kipping Handstand Push-Ups


2. Back Squat
In 15 minutes or less, build to a heavy single.

3. Clean & Jerk
In 15 minutes or less, build to a heavy single.

4. EMOM for 20
Odd: Backsquat x 2 reps @ 85-90%
Even: (245-265lb.) Ground-to-Overhead x 2 reps
